The equipment is a dedicated special piece of equipment for manufacturing refrigerator liner. This forming process mainly uses the vacuum suction force of vacuum pump to suck heated and softened thermoplastic plastic sheet material into the shapes of refrigerator liner. The main machine comprises loading part, heating part, conveyance part, forming part, automatic side cutting part, vacuum system, cooling system, lubrication system, water circulation system, mould heating system and electrical control system. Customer can select single station, two stations, three stations, four stations and multiple stations according to budget and requirement of cycle time.
